What is your return policy?

If you are wanting to return your item, whatever the reason, then you should contact us at contact@oakappleplants.co.uk. We will then advise you on what to do next.

If you have changed your mind about a product:

If you no longer want the plant you purchased, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return it. Plants will need to be returned in the same condition as they were sent and secured in the packaging they were posted in. Unfortunately we cannot cover the postage cost of returning unwanted items or refund the original cost of postage.

If your plant is damaged or unhealthy:

If unfortunately your plant is damaged in transit or is in bad condition please contact us within 14 days of recieving your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after this period due to the cause of bad condition being unable to be determined. You do however have 28 days to return it. We kindly request that you email us a photograph/s of the plant for review. Plants do vary over the year and we will need to verify that the plant is not as expected. If we can see your plant is not to the expected standard we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund. If your plant is in bad condition and needs to be returned, we will refund your original purchase and the cost of returning the plant. Plants will need to be returned with their original secure packaging.

If your receive the wrong plants:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you find it is incorrect. Email us and we will contact you with a solution.

How do you package your plants?

The biggest issue with sending plants through the post is making sure they arrive safely. We take great care when packaging our plants to ensure their safe arrival. Pots are sealed in a plastic bag to stop compost becoming loose and roots being damaged. We then wrap the pot in a cardboad barrier that surrounds the plant to protect the foliage. This fits perfectly in our custom made boxes to ensure little or no movement inside the box. We do however know that accidents happen so do contact us if your plants arrive damaged.

How much are delivery charges?

Delivery charges are calculated by the weight of items in your order. There are options for economy or fast delivery. Economy delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch and fast delivery is 1-2 days. Delivery charges are shown at the checkout before paying for your purchase.
